Intern project manager

Position Purpose

This is a hybrid role that requires both Project Management and Business Analysis. The Digital Project Manager Intern will be responsible for gathering requirements across the group primarily for a new global CRM system. Once gathered, the PM Intern will be responsible for the delivery and design of a new process, with support and training from the Global Systems Director. This is a ‘hands on’ role and is integral to the Knowledge Management Systems team.


Duties and Responsibilities


Landor Fundamentals

  • Supporting all team members to maintain a proactive and collaborative environment


Business Analysis

  • Gathers new lead generation, delivery and reporting processes across 27 offices globally
  • Analyses and documents processes in both Word and Visio
  • Analyses and documents CRM roles and permissions for different users and regions
  • Confirms all requirements and features to be implemented in a detailed scope of work


Project Management

  • Monitors the delivery of the preferred CRM tool, including migration of existing data
  • Management and prioritisation of bugs and change requests
  • Hands on project management of the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, user experience, user interaction and interface design, development, UAT and regression testing, and post project delivery / maintenance
  • Manages project timelines and scope within budget
  • Manages the rollout of updated office work processes, and new financial reports



  • Provides CRM application user support
  • Develops training materials such as webcasts and written FAQs
  • Manages feedback and liaises between the Knowledge Management team, global users, and external technical support staff
  • Promotes and fosters engagement across the group via workshops for specific team projects


Qualifications & Skills


Required Experience

  • Basic understanding of web applications and how CRM’s work
  • Excellent documentation
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise around new risks, issues and assumptions
  • Boldness to take on complex challenges
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Visio, excel and PowerPoint
