Project coordinator

Position Purpose

This is a 6-month internship for an entry level Project Coordinator to work within the Global Systems team across Landor’s 26 offices. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the project management team in organising their ongoing projects. This involves organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project and People Coordination

  • Assist and support the project management team to manage the end-to-end delivery of local as well as global system related initiatives
  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Develop project plans and strategies

Collaboration Tools

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to create ideal information architecture and workflows
  • Work together with a team of welcoming developers, and a preferred vendor on the configuration, training and deployment
  • Develop training materials such as guides, webcasts and written FAQs, and facilitate trainings

Qualifications & Skills

Required experience/qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field of study
  • Experience in being well organized, reliable and able to prioritise
  • Excellent at journaling and creating documentation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
