Jane brings proven leadership and global understanding to her role as Landor’s chief executive officer. Having spent four years as Landor’s president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Jane excels at working with brands big and small across established and emerging markets. She has logged more than 20 years in advertising and media on both sides of the Atlantic at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann, and Ogilvy & Mather. Jane is highly regarded for her ability to develop strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and for her expertise leading successful cross-regional teams.

Peter Knapp

Peter Knapp

Chairman & Global Creative Officer

Peter works closely with the global executive team to establish Landor’s creative vision. Specializing in integrated branding, he works to merge graphic, 3-D, digital, and engagement platforms to create total customer environments. During more than 20 years with Landor he has accumulated a broad range of industry experience and is widely known for his unparalleled expertise in airline branding. See Peter talk about the process behind the creation of expansive brand experiences.

Thomas Ordahl

Thomas Ordahl

Chief Strategy Officer

Thomas manages Landor’s global strategy practice and leads key client projects. He began his branding career at Siegel + Gale, after which he held senior roles at global brand consultancies, owned his own agency, and worked client side heading brand management. Thomas writes and comments frequently on the challenges facing today’s brands and has been featured in the New York Times, the Financial Times, and on NBC’s Today show. Global Commercial and Operations Officer

Tom oversees Landor’s financial and commercial operations, working closely with Landor’s executive leadership team to drive growth and promote business performance. Prior to joining Landor, Tom was global CFO of a reputation management firm and spent eight years at Interpublic Mediabrands group. With a proven track record of delivering strong, profitable growth across global markets, he focuses on efficiency, relationship building, and in-depth knowledge of major markets to ensure Landor’s financial and operational excellence.

Carol-Ann White

Chief Talent Officer

Carol-Ann leads Landor’s global human resources, overseeing all aspects of our recruiting and management strategies. Her goal is to attract and retain the best and brightest in the business. During her time at agencies Fitch and Lewis PR, Carol-Ann earned a reputation for establishing high-performing office cultures and developing diverse, effective creative teams.

Gabriel Miller

Gabriel Miller

President, Americas

Gabriel leads operations in the Americas. He is a branding, marketing and advertising veteran with over 22 years of experience working with world-renowned companies across every major industry and sector.  He has sold two companies in the last five years; the most recent to IBM. Gabe thrives on creativity and has inspired ground-breaking work for the likes of McDonald’s, Coca Cola, FOX Sports, Toyota, Nestlé, Neutrogena, Jet Blue, and Bacardi. He’s an award-winning executive with a track record of building best-in-class digital and physical experiences.

Luc Speisser

Luc Speisser

President, Europe

Luc champions innovative, strategic thinking paired with cutting-edge design. With more than 10 years at Landor, he most recently served as regional strategy director for EMEA. While he was managing director of Landor Paris and Geneva, Luc grew both offices and spearheaded programs for clients such as Airbus, BNP Paribas, Citroën, Danone, LVMH, Mondelēz, Procter & Gamble, and Total. He has led teams to win 67 creativity and efficiency awards since 2013, including one Effie, seven Cannes Lions, and eight D&AD Pencils.

Emma Beckmann

Emma Beckmann

President, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Emma drives unparalleled, holistic thinking for Landor’s clients across CEEMEA. She specializes in managing complex projects spanning multiple offices and regions, a skill that underpinned her success as Landor’s country director for Russia. Over her 20 years with Landor, Emma has been instrumental in building Landor’s Hamburg and Moscow offices and has led branding programs for clients such as Aeroflot, BASF, Evraz, Procter & Gamble, and Sberbank.

Nick Foley

Nick Foley

President, Southeast Asia, Pacific, and Japan

Nick takes a hands-on approach to leading operations in the SEAPJ region. Before joining Landor, he managed strategic brand portfolios for Mars and Nestlé. His client-side background, as well as his training in finance and accounting, informs Nick’s pragmatic belief in the need for commercially viable branding.

Doris Ho

Managing Director, Greater China

Doris brings invaluable expertise in Asia Pacific branding to overseeing Landor’s business in Greater China. She previously helped establish Interbrand’s China office and led its Chinese consumer brands team. She has also worked extensively with consumer insights and innovation for Design Bridge and TBWA. Doris is passionate about providing relevant, practical branding solutions for businesses large and small.

Global President, Consumer Brands

Mary spearheads Landor’s consumer branding practice, collaborating with key clients to enhance and expand our capabilities in this area. Under her leadership, the Cincinnati office has emerged as a hub for branded environments and new media practices, and Chicago has grown to serve one of Landor’s largest clients. Mary’s wide-ranging industry credits encompass design, strategy, innovation, research, and creativity, as well as business organization.
