Martin Bishop is
director of brand strategy in the San Francisco office of Landor
Associates and has worked on strategic branding programs for a
broad range of clients including Abbott Diabetes Care, Barclays,
Chevron, Gerdau, GMAC, Logitech, Starz Entertainment, Walmart, and
WellPoint. He has specific expertise in addressing clients' needs
in brand architecture and portfolio strategy.
Martin has more than 20 years of
national and international marketing experience with both global
industry leaders and start-up companies. He has worked in Germany,
the Netherlands, South Africa, Switzerland, and the United
Kingdom.
Prior to joining Landor, he worked at
Nestlé for 12 years as the divisional vice president of the coffee
business, where he led a successful brand revitalization project
for Taster's Choice. He also helped develop global brand guidelines
for Nescafé and managed the Coffee-mate business.
Martin holds an MBA from the UCLA
Anderson Graduate School of Management, and an MA in economics and
psychology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
